Sharing Services, Inc. (SHRV) Sets Sales Record Again, Reaching Greater than $3.5 Million in April

  • CEO John ‘JT’ Thatch says that SHRV’s all-time high gross sales in April were directly impacted by the success of its Elevacity Global line, which includes vitamin patches, anti-aging mud and skincare products
  • Record April revenues continue SHRV’s momentum; company sales of $2.4 million in March doubled that of the prior month
  • SHRV eyes future growth and believes that it will be well-supported by partnering with more providers, according to Chairman Robert Oblon
Sharing Services, Inc.’s (OTC: SHRV) sales momentum continues after it reported record revenue of more than $3.5 million for April. This follows its $2.4 million in gross sales in March, which doubled its total volume for February. SHRV stressed that major contributors in April were the Elevacity health-and-wellness division product line, together with the execution by its Elepreneurs marketing team of its unique Blue Ocean strategy and direct-to-market approach (http://nnw.fm/Pv5BX).
Elevacity Global’s wellness products include anti-aging Elier Mud, vitamin patches designed to generate energy and the Timeless line of skincare products for men and women. John ‘JT’ Thatch, CEO of Sharing Services, said in a news release that SHRV’s customers “seem very pleased” and are “seeing great results” with the line’s products.
SHRV is a Plano, Texas-based diversified holding company that owns, operates or controls a variety of companies engaged in direct selling through independent sales representatives. It also offers services such as energy, technology and insurance.
The company’s go-to-market strategy is defined as focusing on the end-user and connecting with potential clients. Blue Ocean selling is a concept of marketing in an uncontested marketplace. Execution of those methods resulted in record sales in March (http://nnw.fm/PvGn7).
Robert Oblon, chairman of SHRV, said that the company would grow in the future by partnering with more providers. To that end, Sharing Services recently completed a joint venture agreement with Hong Kong-based Health Wealth & Happiness Ltd. (“HWH”) to sell its products throughout Asia and expand its Elepreneur program (http://nnw.fm/kQmw2).
Oblon added, “Since the company launched late last year, it has taken several steps to support its pursuit of expansion, including establishing a new corporate headquarters to accommodate growth as well as bringing on experienced talent. These steps, among others, have also helped drive the company forward while momentum builds on a grand scale.”

Sunniva Inc. (CSE: SNN) (OTCQX: SNNVF) Floats on Rising Vaporizer Trends

  • Smoking as a delivery method faces increasing stigma
  • Vaporization set to be a major smoking alternative
  • Sunniva signs contract to supply extraction services to award winning cannabis brand
Heightened awareness of the dangers posed by smoking is shaping the fast-developing cannabis marketplace. Smoking, the delivery vehicle of the tobacco industry, is playing a much lesser role.
Nicotine may not kill – indeed, it is thought to have some health benefits – but smoking will. So, as markets for adult recreational use of marijuana open up across the U.S., alternative delivery technologies are expected to take center stage. Particularly popular is vaporizing, which, apart from the potential health benefits it offers, avoids the unpleasant (to some) smell of tobacco smoke and, in the typical vape pen, offers an easy method of use. As a result, the market for vaporizers is expected to rise rapidly. Sunniva Inc. (CSE: SNN) (OTCQX: SNNVF) is set to float on that rising vaporizer trend. The company recently announced that, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, it had secured an additional extraction contract with Cali Gold, a leading legacy California cannabis brand. Operating in the world’s two largest cannabis markets, Canada and California, Sunniva continues to pursue its vision of becoming the lowest cost, highest quality cannabis producer in the markets it serves.
There’s no doubt that vaping, once an esoteric activity with which few were familiar, is going to play an important role as medical and recreational markets for cannabis develop. According to one analyst, the vaporizer market in the states of California, Colorado, Oregon and Washington grew 57.7 percent during 2017, reaching $1.84 billion by year-end (http://nnw.fm/3Umm1). Sunniva is already in position to benefit from those market developments. Its contract with Cali Gold gives it a ticket to ride the rising vaporization trend for, at least, the next 12 months, and the agreement may be renewed for a further 12-month term, if Cali Gold so desires.
Signed by wholly-owned subsidiary CP Logistics, LLC’s Sun-Oil Facility, the deal enables Sunniva to provide Cali Gold with high quality, ultra-purified manufactured distilled oil products to be utilized within vaporization cartridges (http://nnw.fm/J3hSJ) and other delivery formats. Based in Berkeley, California, Cali Gold is a popular cannabis brand that has specialized in high quality edibles. The Cali Gold THCA Chocolate Bar was awarded first place in Edibles List Magazine. Cali Gold looks to Sunniva’s quality expertise at scale to introduce 10-15 new products in the next six months.
Sunniva’s Sun-Oil Facility is a state-of-the-art facility that, at full capacity, will be able to produce over 600,000 filled vaporization cartridges a month. Ideally suited to supply other white label marketers, like Cali Gold, the facility is licensed for both volatile and non-volatile extraction, which enables Sunniva to produce multiple forms of extracted products.
Sunniva’s Sun-Oil Facility is located about one mile from the Sunniva California Campus in Cathedral City, where it continues construction of a state-of-the-art cGMP-compliant greenhouse.  cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations are mandated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to ensure proper design, monitoring and control of manufacturing processes and facilities. Phase 1 of the project involves the development of a 325,000 square foot greenhouse capable of producing 60,000 kilos per year of dry cannabis at capacity.  Approximately 30 percent of initial total production is earmarked for conversion to oils and extracts. Phase 2 is expected to increase the greenhouse by 164,000 square feet and increase production by some 40,000 kilos per year.
Further north, work continues at the Canada Campus, a 126-acre site at Okanagan Falls, British
Columbia. The 740,000 square foot facility will have an estimated output capacity of 100,000 kg annually and is expected to become operational in 2019, which will complement Sunniva’s other Canadian subsidiary, Natural Health Services (NHS). NHS, which owns and operates seven medical marijuana clinics in Canada, has a patient base of 95,000, which is served by 21 physicians. The Canadian market is just as likely to embrace vaporization, a delivery format that could make cannabis consumption much safer health wise than tobacco ever was.

GTX Corp. (GTXO) Details Advances in Wandering Tech and Strategic Plan to Uplist

  • An “alarm call” to the demands of an aging population and the increase of people living with dementia
  • GPS SmartSole® technology used to predict wandering for individuals with dementia
  • Announces strategic plan to uplist to the OTCQB Venture Exchange
The number of people living with dementia is soaring, and their families and caregivers are looking for solutions that allow their loved one’s greater independence.  According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the number of people affected by this debilitating condition will triple from 50 million to 152 million in the next 30 years. Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director-general of WHO, describes this increase as “an alarm call” that demands greater attention to ensure that those living with dementia receive the necessary care (http://nnw.fm/iOV4s).
GTX Corp. (OTC: GTXO), a self-described ‘pioneer in loT wearable technology’, is working to provide solutions to this growing problem. The company’s patented GPS SmartSole® is a non-visible GPS tracking device designed to monitor the location of people who have a tendency to get lost or wander. Easily inserted into the loved one’s shoe, it provides the caregiver with peace of mind through continuous, real-time location coordinates rendered on a mapping system in the GTX Corp. Monitoring Portal, which is accessible from any computer or smartphone. Location history, geozone boundary alerts and more are available to the caregiver. When the loved one goes outside of designated boundaries, the caregiver is alerted.
GTXO is committed to working with partners to develop innovative solutions for this large section of the aging population and recently announced that George Mason University’s (GMU) College of Health and Human Services has completed its phase II machine learning wandering prediction research. This research can be used to predict the likely location of individuals with dementia and detect movement outside of those patterns that suggest wandering.
“Many of those who wander will not even realize they are lost or may hide from those searching for them. So this is truly groundbreaking data that offers the potential to save lives and dramatically reduce the costs of high-resource rescue operations,” Andrew Carle, adjunct professor and founding director of the Program in Senior Housing Administration at GMU, stated in a news release (http://nnw.fm/RRXq6).
Addressing the needs of this growing population, GTXO is an approachable option for investors seeking to diversify into wearable technology. The company reported a solid first quarter and promising growth.
Revenues, subscribers, margins and profits are all up for the company, while the cost of operations, professional services, G&A expenses and net losses decreased. Also, GTXO completed the delivery of its first large-scale military contract and secured a strategic financial partner providing funds for continued capital growth throughout 2018 and 2019. Over the last several months GTXO’s board and management have been strategically working “to make the public side of the business more reflective of the positive milestones and forward progress achieved in recent months,” as noted by GTXO CEO Patrick Bertagna in the company’s announcement of plans to uplist to the OTCQB Venture Exchange.
GTXO plans to make several more announcements in the coming weeks as its management team strategically positions the company for the future.

American Helium Inc. (TSX.V: AHE) (OTC: AHELF) is “One to Watch”

  • Global helium market expected to exceed $1.5 billion by 2020, CAGR at 9%
  • Tech driven demand for helium continues to surge across multiple industries including healthcare, military, R&D, space travel and electronics
  • Management team with a track record of M&A success in the resource sector
  • Company focused on becoming a developer and producer of quality helium resources in North America
  • Clear path to production with a focused development plan to commercialize the company’s assets
American Helium Inc. (TSX.V: AHE) (OTCQB: AHELF) is a resource exploration company focused on the global growth of technology-driven demand for helium and the development of high grade helium resources in North America. Through such activities, it strives to contribute to the global helium inventory and become an industry leading producer.
The Canadian helium exploration and development company is led by an experienced management and technical team. The Company is currently focused on three properties in prolific areas for Helium exploration.
Recently, the company executed an agreement with Holbrook Basin Energy LLC of Golden, CO to undertake an exploration drill program in Arizona. The Arizona project location is in the “Four Corners” area where the States of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona meet, and in the helium productive Holbrook Basin, a well-established helium production district where concentrations of the gas are as high as 10%. The area has good potential for additional discovery and production. The abundant nature of the region has led to anecdotal statements over the years that “Arizona is the Saudi Arabia of helium.”
The Company holds 100 percent working interest and 87.5 percent net revenue interest in 12 federal leases at its Bruin Point property spanning across 17,000 acres in the Greater Uintah Basin, Carbon County, Utah (the Carbon County project). American Helium is undertaking preparations for the drilling of an exploration well, and as part of that process a Notice of Staking (NOS) has been filed with the offices of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
Evaluation is currently ongoing to determine potential additional acquisitions in regions that are known for their helium production. The Company is planning exploration wells with the prospect of capturing new resources and improving the Company’s market position during the year.
The Company has also executed a project agreement with Yankee Resources LLC of Golden, CO and has appointed LoneTree Energy & Associates LLC to acquire certain acreage in SE Colorado. The project consists of two parts. The first objective is to re-drill two wells that have proven helium resources. Both were plugged and abandoned in the mid-nineties, offering the potential for near term production. The second part of the project will offer an exploration focus through the acquisition of land and a subsequent 3D seismic survey aimed at further defining areas of likely helium accumulations.
The company set up a Denver satellite office aimed at overseeing the regional operations in Utah better and at facilitating expansion in SE Colorado. Company President and CEO Frank Jacobs, a petroleum engineer with 35+ years of operational experience, will oversee U.S.-based operations.
Global helium demand is driven by a number of different industries. Primarily, the military, healthcare, nuclear, aviation and electronics. A colorless, odorless and non-toxic gas, helium is lighter than air and it has the lowest boiling point of all elements. This property makes it essential for a wide variety of tech based applications.
The U.S. ranks as the largest producer and consumer of helium. North America accounts for approximately a third of the world’s helium consumption (2.6 billion cubic feet of helium per year). The world’s annual consumption of helium is set at eight billion cubic feet per year. As far as production goes, the U.S. is responsible for 55 percent of the global helium supply. Qatar, Algeria and Russia come next.
The fact that production efforts have been centralized and focused in just a few countries has long been a source of industry concern. “The concentration of production among a handful of countries will continue to be the leading driver of uncertainty of helium supply and price volatility. We are working to identify, explore and place into production helium assets. With the right assets and the necessary funding we are confident we can achieve this objective,” Frank Jacobs said.
The price of helium has doubled since 2010 because this unique gas cannot be substituted in its applications. In addition, a Qatar production blockage has had a massive negative impact on the helium supply. In the summer of 2017, Qatar’s RasGas closed down both of its plants, responsible for approximately 32 percent of the global helium demand. This shift has contributed to highly favorable supply and demand fundamentals for the remaining market players.
Experts predict that the demand for the gas will continue to grow in the years to come. The global helium market set to exceed $1.5 billion by 2020, advancing at a compound annual growth rate of 9 percent, according to Technavio analysts. Over 20 percent of the global helium demand is for healthcare applications. MRI machines are being installed in hospitals more frequently than ever before, potentially increasing the demand for helium in the medical industry. Innovative aerospace projects and technical applications are also expected to elevate the helium market forecasts in the years to come. Large corporations such as Google and Netflix have both been buying up significant amounts of helium, as the gas can increase the storage capacity of hard drives while also bringing down power consumption.
Additional information about the American Helium research and exploration activities will become available in the months to come. The company is positioning itself to capture the numerous opportunities stemming from increasing helium prices and the growing global demand.

Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Innovators Poised to Reap Rewards as Fintech Reshapes How Money Is Used

NetworkNewsWire Editorial Coverage: Emergent fintech such as distributed ledger-based blockchain technology and the cryptocurrencies built thereupon are rapidly transforming the face of the financial industry, reshaping how money is used at an essential level. An explosion of fintech companies marks the dawn of this new era, quickly turning the financial institutions that historically have played middlemen into dinosaurs as an increasing number of businesses and individuals turn to peer-to-peer (P2P) and peer-to-business (P2B) transaction options. This is a hot market for disruptive fintech developers such as Virtual Crypto Technologies Inc. (OTC: VRCP) (VRCP Profile), with its cryptocurrency transaction confirmation application programming interface (API) Bit4Sure, real-time cryptography-based algorithmic cryptocurrency transaction validation engine NetoBit and crypto point-of-sale (POS) offerings such as NetoBit Pay that use the NetoBit application. For payment tech giants such as Square, Inc. (NYSE: SQ)and Worldpay, Inc. (NYSE: WP), or P2P lending innovators such as LendingClub Corporation (NYSE: LC), the iron is now ready to strike and blockchain powerhouses, such as Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR), will add considerable force to the hammer blows as the industry forges a new future for money.
Fintech Cutting Out the Middleman
The stage has been set for a genuine sea change in relevant areas of the financial industry. From payment technologies to lending and raising capital, even insurance and the kinds of accounts or wallets people use — a bevy of alternatives are already live or are coming online in the near future. The number of options available to end users in particular has multiplied seemingly overnight, providing a whole slew of new ways to deal directly with other people or entities, cutting out the financial institution middlemen altogether. Global fintech funding was more than $31 billion last year, with the United States representing around half of that figure, according to KPMG Fintech. Analysts see the sector maturing away from experimentation into value-driven opportunity hunting based on proven solutions.
With more than 2,446 Bitcoin (Crypto: BTC) ATMs currently installed across North America, it is now easier than ever for people to purchase and convert money via cryptocurrency such as BTC and then cash out into traditional fiat currency. However, only around 36 percent of existing Bitcoin ATMs allow users to exchange crypto for cash, with the majority considered one-way machines that only allow users to directly purchase crypto. Transaction fees and times have been the biggest gripe by end users, and it is now understood by many in the industry that eliminating these two barriers will likely trigger an even more massive influx of new crypto participants.
Crypto Tech, a Peer-to-Peer Revolution
The global crypto ATM market is on track to surpass $285 million within the next eight years, running at a smoking hot 45.8 percent CAGR on the strength of increased crypto awareness and popularity – popularity bolstered by the public’s receptivity toward key ideological elements such as decentralization of the underlying blockchain network(s), as well as transaction security and constant technological innovation. A striking example of such emergent fintech transforming the financial industry is evident in a report where Steve Forbes recently touted crypto as the future of raising money in the $40.6 billion global film industry. A seemingly bold claim, until you notice that initial coin offerings (ICOs) raised a record $5.6 billion last year.
Building a Better Crypto Mousetrap
With the official launch of the company’s proprietary API-driven Bit4Sure cryptocurrency transaction confirmation solution in early May, Virtual Crypto Technologies Inc. (OTC: VRCP) has effectively annihilated the 10 minutes to 24 hours it can take to confirm the purchase or sale of bitcoins. Alon Dayan, co-founder and CEO of Virtual Crypto, noted how strategic this achievement was for the company, characterizing it as a major step towards VRCP’s overarching goal of building consumer confidence in the cryptocurrency marketplace. By removing much of the risk associated with such autonomous transactions through real-time transparency, Virtual Crypto has indeed taken out one of the aforementioned barriers to bringing more people into the space. Bit4Sure essentially allows users to confirm a transaction before it is included in a mined block on the chain, and it does so via a readily available and intuitive app that works with Android and iOS. It is also available via web browser at bit4sure.com.
The solution is a compelling proof of concept, exposed to the average user through easy-to-use protocols. However, the API is the real gem here and is attractive to exchanges, payment processors and wallet developers who can subscribe, thereby gaining access to the company’s proprietary algorithm model. The Bit4Sure API lets developers integrate real-time transaction confirmation as well as the ability to actively track the market activity of any cryptocurrency, empowering end users and shielding them from digital payment risks such as double-spending fraud or delayed transaction hassles.
Broad Ranging Vision and the Tech to Back It Up
The company has a clear vision of becoming a driving force for the widespread adoption of crypto, with a hardware/software umbrella spanning ATMs, tablets, PCs and mobile devices. Virtual Crypto’s two-way NetoBit ATM supports most local currencies, multiplexes together several exchanges to provide the best prices/rates, and allows for real-time withdrawal and transfer of funds in mere seconds. NetoBit Pay closes the gap on the merchant end of the spectrum with a simple-to-use retail POS. And because every transaction is guaranteed up to $3,000, businesses can rest easy, leaving their minds free to engage in crypto-based transactions without fear of being ripped off.

And because every transaction is guaranteed up to $3,000, most consumers can rest easy, leaving their minds free to engage in crypto-based transactions without fear of being ripped off.
Virtual Crypto has established itself as a business-oriented developer that dramatically improves the cryptocurrency trading experience for individuals and businesses — those who benefit the most from faster execution and lower costs. The company may seem like a small fish in a gigantic pond, but it may provide offerings and competencies that even the biggest fintech players are taking note of.
Among those fintech giants, Square (NYSE: SQ) garnered attention recently when it hit an all-time high (and held it) on news of its approval for a BitLicense from the New York Department of Financial Services, opening up the commerce of Bitcoin in that location via the company’s popular Cash App. The Cash App solution is a direct competitor to PayPal’s (NASDAQ: PYPL) mobile payment service Venmo. The fact that Square barely eked out a profit in Q1 from BTC buying and selling activity and yet still doubled down on its objectives showcases how hotly contested the digital-first money-transfer services market is. With prepaid and private label cards accounting for some $6.4 trillion last year alone, such crypto-powered e-payment systems could make a killing by alleviating the inconvenience of card minimums for customers, as well as lowering and stabilizing merchant’s swipe fee rates.
Since the J.P. Morgan (NYSE: JPM)-assisted acquisition by Vantiv, Worldpay (NYSE: WP) has become one of the most actively traded payment processors in the game today. Worldpay handles over 40 billion transactions a year via 300 payment types, in 146 countries, across 126 different currencies. The company has recently drawn attention as a high-profile publicly traded target amid an outbreak of market participants looking to lock down the underexposed fintech space, which has seen very few public listings despite record levels of venture capital funding. Those participants include Augmentum Capital, the venture group backed by Lord Rothschild, which recently deployed a well-capitalized VC arm. Worldpay drew heat in February alongside Visa (NYSE: V) when major crypto exchange Coinbase laid the blame at their feet after the exchange’s customers were charged multiple times for the same transaction because of a merchant category code glitch.
Long hailed as a pioneer in marketplace lending, LendingClub (NYSE: LC) uses technology to spur faster credit decisioning and drive loan origination to new user experience highs. The company has seen its model stall somewhat as competition comes into the market from sources like Marcus, the lending and deposit-taking digital consumer platform launched by Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) in 2016. LendingClub’s aggressive model has been groundbreaking, with rapid origination of unsecured personal loans and the generation of revenue as the loans are eventually sold or offered to investors, traded and then serviced. However, this aggressive model has led to loan stacking by fraudsters and desperate borrowers, putting increasing pressure on the Icarus-like LendingClub to fall back to earth and act just like every other digital lending platform, with its primary emphasis on competition for the most creditworthy customers.
A global fintech player with its roots in blockchain tech, Broadridge Financial Solutions (NYSE: BR)recently completed a second practical pilot use of blockchain for investor voting alongside Santander (NYSE: SAN) at the annual general meeting, in collaboration with J.P. Morgan and Northern Trust (NASDAQ: NTRS). This event followed fast on the heels of Broadridge receiving a new patent from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that allowed the company to begin implementing distributed ledger technology in its proxy voting product suite, ProxyVote. ProxyVote could revolutionize aspects of corporate governance in capital markets, particularly when it comes to tackling new issues, including compliance with the EU’s Shareholder Rights Directive 2.
The Big Boys Could Learn a Lot from Smaller Developers
It is plain to see that with innovation and first-mover advantages can come unforeseen risks and model implementation issues. As cutting-edge fintech enabled by cryptocurrencies and their underlying blockchain technology works its way into more and more practical applications, it may be essential for innovators to remain grounded in proven solutions like those offered by companies such as VRCP. With more than 1,000 cryptocurrencies on the market today and only minimal uptake by end users, delivering confidence will be a key concern moving forward and fintech developers must remain laser focused on creating positive user experiences through transparency, ease of use and affordable fees.

Earth Science Tech, Inc. (ETST) Subsidiary Readies International Marketing, Sales Launch of MSN-2 Home Medical Testing Kit for Women

  • ETST is in the process of trademarking and finalizing packaging for a medical device designed to detect sexually transmitted infections
  • The biotech company is focused on developing medical devices for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical fields and marketing its high-grade line of hemp cannabidiol (CBD)
  • ETST is bringing to market non-invasive medical devices and vaccines for women; in vitro testing on the impact of its CBD formula on breast cancer cells to begin in summer of 2019
Earth Science Tech, Inc. (OTC: ETST), through its Earth Science Pharmaceutical subsidiary, is finalizing plans to launch global marketing and sales of its MSN-2 home testing medical kit for the detection of sexually transmitted infections (STI) in women. ETST plans to market it in such far-flung countries as Vietnam and Morocco (http://nnw.fm/Afx5b).
ETST, a biotech company based in Doral, Florida, has repositioned its line of full spectrum CBD. As it conducts R&D for non-invasive medical devices, it is also focused on manufacturing, marketing and distributing its own cannabinoid products, including capsules and oils, to the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical markets.
The company’s MSN-2 medical device is in its final stage prior to the launch of large scale marketing. ETST is working with Acceleration, Design et Innovation Inc. Final packaging is being designed to appeal worldwide to its target audience of women. The device is developed to detect chlamydia and other STIs. It is a home kit that collects human cells which are then laboratory tested ( http://nnw.fm/Dos5T).
In a news release, Dr. Michel Aube, CEO and chief science officer of ETST, stated, “We will create a strong demand for this medical device by showing the world its powerful capacity to diminish the prevalence of chlamydia and other sexually transmitted infections.” He noted that ETST is in the process of obtaining trademark protection for its logo and name.
In addition, funded by a grant from Quebec, Canada, ETST is now prototyping three CBD patent formulas. In vitro testing will begin on the first batch of formulas in the summer of 2019 to show the superior antioxidant properties and anti-proliferative effects on breast cancer cells. The branding of these products is in the planning stage.
ETST holds several wholly-owned subsidiaries. Cannabis Therapeutics is an emerging biotechnology company. KannaBidioiD manufactures and distributes in the recreational sector. Earth Science Foundation, Inc. is becoming a non-profit and accepts grants and donations to conduct additional studies. Earth Science Pharmaceutical develops medical diagnostic tools and vaccines. It also has subsidiary Canno Inno Laboratories Inc., a strategic Montreal, Canada-based company formed to provide ETST with access to government grants.
