- Meet-ups throughout the city of Philadelphia to kick-off Coinvention
- 32 speakers lined up to cover a variety of topics in the blockchain industry
‘Coinvention: The Future in Blockchain’ is being held August 30-31, 2018, at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel located in Downtown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In addition, the week leading up to this two-day event will provide teams with an opportunity to participate in a hardware/software Hackathon culminating in a live event on August 30.
Teams will be able to self-assemble and spend a couple of hours before the conference to network and build together. This will give investors an opportunity to speak directly to those involved on the teams. Prizes will be awarded to the top teams as they build out products in the blockchain space. The first place winners will have the opportunity to present their work during Coinvention on the following day.
Those wishing to participate in the Hackathon are encouraged to register their teams now at http://nnw.fm/jML5Z. The Hackathon is designed to challenge developers, designers and idea generators to create immersive projects using the tools available in the blockchain ecosystem.
On August 30, there will also be targeted meet-ups spanning across the beautiful city of Philadelphia. The evening is set aside for cocktails and a pre-conference mixer for attendees to network and meet speakers, exhibitors and others within the industry.
On the second day, August 31, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from 32 innovative and diverse speakers covering a variety of topics in blockchain. The Regency Ballroom in Loews Hotel will feature over 30 booths to explore, and the day will be filled with speakers, presentations, Q&A and a panel of high profile blockchain personalities.
Coinvention was created to provide events that are in tune with authentic cryptocurrency culture at an affordable price in awesome cities. Philadelphia’s status as a regional economic hub creates strong leverage over many features of emergent markets. Home to the United States Mint and next generation finance, manufacturing and research and development, the city’s culture positioned it as a unique location to kick off Coinvention.
Register today and interact with leaders within the blockchain industry at various meet-ups, socialize with like-minded blockchain adopters in the conference’s exhibition hall, and enjoy informative presentations from a renowned lineup of speakers.
