Quest Patent Research Corp. (OTCQB: QPRC) subsidiary Quest NetTech filed its complaint against Apple on April 12, 2019, asserting that Apple’s “Apple Pay functionality” implemented through Apple Wallet on such devices as the iPhone 6 with Apple iOS 8 or 9 infringes the US Patent RE38,137 entitled ‘Programmable Multiple Company Credit Card System’.
