This week, Drew Taylor and Brent Bates, hosts of the Wild West Crypto Show, were back at their headquarters in Kerrville, Texas, after spending time in Vegas, ostensibly attending to crypto business. Happily, their alibis checked out after the down-to-earth duo were spotted at the Litecoin Summit and at World Crypto Conference (WCC 2019).
On episode 83, ‘The Best of Litecoin Summit’, Taylor and Bates talked to Bo Polny, president of Gold 2020 Forecast LLC, who had spoken at the summit. A successful market analyst in the gold and silver industry, Polny turned his expertise to the bitcoin and cryptocurrency industries at his wife’s urging. His astounding, on-the-mark calls have given his market-cycle analytics service one of the largest paying subscriber bases in the world for cryptocurrencies. During his remarks, Polny explained that he takes a biblical cyclical approach that allows him “to foretell the future.” Amen! In addition, mention was made of former Texas congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul, who also spoke at the Litecoin Summit.
The Litecoin Summit, WCC’s second annual blockchain and digital currency event (WCC 2019), and a host of other crypto events combined to make up Vegas Blockchain Week, came to a close on October 31 but that was definitely not the end to what is happening. As Taylor noted, in the crypto world, the news never stops.
Jonathan Keim, communications director of CryptoCurrencyWire (CCW), joined the pair next to prove that point with a trio of blockchain bulletins. On October 28, at World Crypto Conference, CoinGenius launched its deep crypto insight platform (http://nnw.fm/Op62b). The platform employs advanced intelligence and analytics that enable cryptocurrency traders to devise and execute trading strategies. Both Taylor and Bates agreed that it was the most sophisticated trading analytics platform they have seen so far.
In other news, Interlapse (TSX.V: INLA) (OTCQB: INLAF) reported strong growth from its virtual currency platform, paving the way for overseas expansion (http://nnw.fm/zuIN9). Interlapse says that its virtual currency platform, Coincurve.com, has shown consistent growth momentum on key performance metrics. The platform allows users to buy, save or spend popular utility coins such as bitcoin and bitcoin Cash.
Finally, Keim noted that Ontology will be enabling a new era of grocery purchasing via the Blocery DApp (http://nnw.fm/rR9fP). Ontology, a public blockchain mainnet, announced that it is partnering with Blocery, an e-commerce platform for the pre-purchase of grocery products, to develop a premium dApp. The app will allow the purchase of groceries through smart contracts even before they are harvested.
